At Serene Cleaning Services LLC, we are searching for our next long term Lead Cleaning Technician to help us grow, train new employees, quality control, enforce policies and procedures among all technicians. You will be working solo and in teams while performing other duties required of this position.

Where is the work performed or taking place?

Houses, apartments and condos in all of North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We have three office locations, Sandpoint, Hayden and Spokane. Our next lead will will oversee our Coeur d'Alene and Spokane crews.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, & ability to work both independently & as a team player.

Excellent communication skills.

Prior cleaning experience

Reliable transportation with insurance & a valid driver's license.

Each applicant will be background checked nation, state & county wide.

You must pass the screening interview process to be considered.

Access to a smart phone & email (internet connection at all times) is required to access important job details.

Our Residential cleaning service runs Monday through Friday, between 8am to 6pm. Commercial cleaning is still in the works!

We unfortunately cannot guarantee any amount of hours or a set schedule. Once hired we place your availability in our booking system and then proceed to obtain clients to fill your availability. Since you will our lead technician, and if all goes well, you we first priority for job assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
