We are currently seeking a high-level Operations Associate to work in our Needham Heights, MA office location supporting the various needs of a financial advisory team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a thriving financial services practice, including but not limited to speaking with clients regularly, fielding customer service inquiries and scheduling appointments, processing paperwork and requests.
• Maintain data across multiple software systems, ensuring accuracy and completion.
• Assist on various marketing projects on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, plus 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or sales-related role. Preference given to candidates with prior financial services experience.
• Highest level of professionalism as well as organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
