Pool Monitor Details :

• Temporary position
• $ / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 01 : 30pm to 09 : 30pm)
• Pool Staff Job Duties :
• Monitor pool and enforce community pool rules
• Conduct wristband checks for all residents present at the pool
• Work with District Management on weather and pool conditions closures (Lightning in the vicinity, glass in pool etc.)
• Ensure the pool deck remains tidy
• Assist with facility l walkthroughs when needed.
• Tend to the needs of members and guests.
• Present a groomed and presentable appearance in the appropriate attire.
• Work in a positive, cooperative, and pleasant manner with members, colleagues, and management.
• Perform all other tasks and duties as determined necessary by management.

Pool Monitor Qualifications :

• Must pass Drug Screen
• Attention to Punctuality and Attendance needed
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
