Sentara Obici Hospital, located in Suffolk, Virginia, is hiring a full time Patient Care Supervisor. This position rotates between Patient Care Supervisor duties and Bed Planner duties.

WE HAVE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS! Growing Up at Obici is our licensed and accredited child day care center with a maximum capacity of 120 children age range 1 month - 12 years. We are open from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• House-wide coverage at Sentara Obici Hospital
• Full Time; 40 hours per week
• Hours will change depending on the assignment. This position alternates as a dual role: Patient Care Supervisor and Bed Flow Coordinator.
• Patient Care Supervisor Hours: 7:30am - 7:30pm. There may be times when night shift coverage is needed.
• Bed Planner Hours: 11:00am - 7:30pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BSN
• Previous acute care experience in nursing: 2 years
• Nursing Leadership: One (1) year
• Registered Nurse License (Virginia single state or compact/multi-state)
• BLS
