QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.

* Active state license required.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

* Active CPR certification.

* Annual physical and TB skin test required.
