Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants. For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree

Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Physical Therapy Compact Commission (PTCOMPACT)
Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT)
Direct Access Certification (Physical Therapy) - Certification - Other/National
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI

Seeking a full-time outpatient physical therapist for Sentara RMH Therapy Services at Timber Way Health Center. Caseload primarily orthopedics, with occasional neuro. This position offers exceptional teamwork and collaboration. Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5:30 PM and Friday 8AM - Noon.
