Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric to geriatric patients, including air-and bone-conduction, comprehensive speech testing, and immittance.
  • Assess patient's medical history and collaborate with Otolaryngology physicians to develop personalized treatment plans with opportunity to work with Baha and Ponto devices as desired.
  • Collaborate with Otolaryngology physicians to provide integrated care while also being provided a dedicated Audiology coordinator.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including the use of amplification, assistive listening devices, aural rehabilitation, and counseling.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with treating physicians through written reports.
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards in all services provided.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
  • Experience with diagnostic hearing evaluations, including air- and bone-conduction testing, comprehensive speech testing, and immittance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care.
