Keller Williams Realty is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant Near Cincinnati, OH

Keller Williams Seven Hills Realty is a rapidly growing real estate agency in Cincinnati Ohio. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative individual for our Director of Communication and First Impressions (Receptionist/Front Desk Position)

The following tasks will be required of the individual in this position:

Online & Written Communication

  • Market all training sessions and meetings held by the Real Estate Brokerage
  • Prepare training calendar and distribute electronically and in paper
  • Prepare advertising materials for national events and conventions
  • Prepare announcements for all new agents joining the brokerage, all birthdays, cappers
  • “Tell Our Story” Online and Social Media
  • Design and prepare recruiting packets
  • Design and prepare new agent orientation packets
  • Prepare welcome gift for new agents
  • Prepare all invitations and direct mail for holidays and events
  • Complete team meeting powerpoint and other presentations (Canva and Google Slides)
  • Coordinate special events such as training launches and other announcements
  • Prepare a weekly newsletter to send to the agents with text and video
  • Onboarding Appointments and Back of the House Systems

Video Communication

  • Film promo video for all classes with instructors
  • Film FAQ series of videos for internal Facebook page
  • Record most KWGL classes and post them to private YouTube page
  • Schedule testimonial and other videos for and about agents

Assist MCA with Office Operations

  • Coordinate Affiliate Partner Program
  • Greet recruits and guests to the office
  • Track attendance at events
  • Review registration of conference rooms daily
  • Keep inventory of supplies
  • Maintain organization of break area
  • Copier training and access
  • Distribution and inventory of keys
  • Phone system
  • Distribution of incoming mail

A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $32-38K/yr with individual health insurance plan
