Semper SolR, a veteran-owned solar company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our potential customers on the incentives they are entitled in the state for going solar, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships face to face.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and attention to detail while delivering top-notch service.

We stay very truthful to our vision and mission. Our core values are very important.

Compensation :

$87,000 - $124,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a face-to-face manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and government incentives.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
  • Educate customers face-to-face on renewable energy.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma; some college is a plus.
