Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Legislative Analyst in the Washington Navy Yard.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the enactment process for defense authorization and appropriation legislation
Working knowledge of the Navy’s PPBE process
Ability to review and analyze defense legislation for potential impacts to Navy programs and initiatives
Familiarity with NAVSEA programs and initiatives
Ability to produce written documents for senior officials including briefing materials, legislative summaries, background papers and correspondence

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)

Preferred five years’ experience in defense acquisition.

Travel %

10 - 20%
