They feel that with hard work, comes independence, pride, self-esteem, and sense of purpose. They are looking to add a Store Associate Lead (Key Holder) , to their growing team

Overview : The Store Associate Lead (3rd Key Holder) is responsible for having proficient knowledge of all store areas including, but not limited to, attending the store donation door, processing and sorting donated goods, and assisting customers with purchasing merchandise and cashing out their purchase.

Responsibilities :

• Greets and interacts with customers. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers’needs, and answers customers’questions about merchandise.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
• Inspects, sorts and identifies sellable and non-sellable items.
• Prices and tags goods according to retail policy and restocks sales floor as necessary.
• Pulls items from sales floor and processes them according to retail policy.
• Stocks sales floor with goods and ensures the store’s cleanliness and organization.
• Performs store opening and closing procedures which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring security of the building by locking and setting alarms.
• Trains Store Associates on job duties as necessary.
• Travels to other company locations in WNY to assist with coverage as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
