Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
- Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience as a nurse in various healthcare settings
- Proven track record in nurse management and nursing administration
- Knowledge of physiology and healthcare practices
- Familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices
