The Learning and Development Manager (LDM) will ensure staff at LifeLong Medical Care have comprehensive and effective learning experiences through training during onboarding and ongoing professional development opportunities. The LDM will work cross functionally, under the supervision of the Chief People Officer or their designee, with Department Directors and Program Managers to research, build, deliver, maintain, and evaluate relevant training and professional development resources in different programmatic areas. The LDM will also support the organization's diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) and trauma-informed initiatives.
This is a hybrid role that requires 80% time in-person at various LifeLong locations in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

Benefits
Compensation: $105,000 - $132,000/year. We offer excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision (including dependent and domestic partner coverage), generous leave benefits including ten paid holidays, Flexible Spending Accounts, 403(b) retirement savings plan.
