King's Insurance Staffing LLC is Hiring a Senior Risk Management Specialist Near Hartford, CT

Our Client is seeking to add an experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing risk management operations, specifically focusing on Workers' Compensation and Commercial Liability. Conduct a variety of risk assessments for specific accounts throughout the Connecticut region. This position would allow for remote work and also a company vehicle.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis for WC and Liability to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
Design and revise risk management policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of our risk framework.
Prepare detailed reports on risk exposure, risk handling, and remedial actions for senior management and relevant committees.
Develop and present executive-level reports focused on loss reduction and prevention.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in Risk Management within the insurance industry, specifically with Workers' Compensation and Commercial Liability.
Proven expertise in creating and managing risk management programs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
