Job Summary:
The F&I Business Manager at Seidel Hyundai will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations. This individual will work closely with customers to provide financing options and assist with insurance needs for vehicle purchases, in addition to working closely with sales and management to ensure compliance and profitability. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure in the auto industry. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases
- Assist customers with insurance options and provide guidance on coverage
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for financing and insurance transactions
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies
- Work closely with sales and management to ensure overall dealership profitability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respond to any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and services to provide the best options for customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and insurance or related field in the auto industry
- Strong knowledge of financing and insurance processes and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with finance and insurance software systems
