- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in both Fortinet and Cisco technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Fortinet and Cisco network security solutions
- Strong understanding of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager, as well as Cisco ASA firewalls
- Familiarity with other Fortinet and Cisco security appliances, such as FortiWeb, FortiMail, Cisco IPS, and Cisco VPN solutions
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies, with a focus on security implications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network security infrastructure, ensuring the highest level of protection against cyber threats
- Your knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco solutions will be instrumental in safeguarding our organization's critical assets and data
- Design, configure, and deploy Fortinet and Cisco network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective security policies and rules within the Fortinet and Cisco environments
- Implement and manage FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ASA firewalls, and other security appliances
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential weaknesses and implement appropriate remediation measures
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents promptly
- Integrate Fortinet and Cisco technologies with other security tools and SIEM solutions for comprehensive threat detection and analysis
- Perform periodic updates, patches, and firmware upgrades for Fortinet and Cisco devices to ensure optimal performance and security
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and security policies for compliance and audit purposes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Fortinet and Cisco network security devices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Fortinet and Cisco technologies, industry trends, and emerging security threats to enhance our network security posture continually
