Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced CSC Billing Specialist I to work within our Charlotte, NC office.

Role Overview:

The Billing Support Specialist I is responsible for working directly with internal/external customers, to answers questions and resolving issues, while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout all communications. Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, accountability to compete work assigned independently, with urgency, and the ability to balance multiple tasks will be the key to success in this role.

Required Qualifications:

• have a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• have previous Billing experience (examples: taking invoices, basic accounting concepts, etc.).
• school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• analytical/problem solving skills
• organization and attention to detail skills
• computer skills
• written and verbal communication skills
• successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to work well with other professionals with minimal supervision
