Our Flex Officers are responsible for ensuring that all members of the company are in compliance with our policies, rules and regulations. The successful candidate will be able to enforce company policies and ensure employee safety and transportation to and from work. The ideal candidate will have a background in public safety and enjoy problem solving, taking initiative and managing a busy schedule. This job posting and position is for FLEX OFFICERS ONLY. You will not be able to work a permanent post as a flex officer. We dedicate all of our officers and treat each other with kindness and respect as a courtesy. Responsibilities:
- Use critical thinking to make decisions.
- Write reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Present information to peers and managers.
- Interact with people in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor projects and make sure they are on track.
- Apply knowledge of the organization's history, values, and goals.
- Prepare for presentations and meetings.
- Establish relationships.
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff.
