intellectt is Hiring an Immediate Hiring-Process Control Engineer-Clayton, NC Near Clayton, NC
- Collaborate with category procurement teams and facilities on Assurance of supply initiatives, capacity planning with key suppliers, supplier NPI readiness, and improving supplier quality performance as required.
- Interactions with various suppliers to coordinate supply, develop understanding of capacity, NPI readiness, etc. Significant time typically spent in MS Teams meetings; also interacting with facility supply chain and procurement teams.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar; minimum of 8 years of working experience
- Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing engineering, process control, lean manufacturing concepts, capacity planning
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization; able to promote collaboration with external suppliers; able to work independently with minimal supervision; able to navigate a complex matrix organization.
