Technical/Functional Skills

1. Proven experience as an eAutomate Technical Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
2. Deep understanding of eAutomate architecture, modules, and functionality, including but not limited to inventory management, service contracts, billing, and reporting.
3. Proficiency in eAutomate customization and scripting languages, such as VBScript and SQL, for workflow automation and customization.
4. Experience with eAutomate API integration and web services development.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
6.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8.Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
9. Knowledge of managed print services (MPS) industry and related technologies is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and implementation of eAutomate solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
2. Serve as the subject matter expert for eAutomate functionality, providing guidance and support to development teams and end-users.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and define project scope and timelines.
4. Provide hands-on technical expertise in eAutomate configuration, customization, and integration with other systems and applications.
5. Lead the development and maintenance of custom reports, workflows, and scripts to enhance eAutomate functionality and streamline business processes.
6. Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.
7.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to eAutomate functionality, performance, and integration with external systems.
8. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on eAutomate best practices, development standards, and methodologies.
9. Collaborate with vendors and third-party consultants to leverage external expertise and resources as needed.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in eAutomate technology, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance and functionality.
