Position Requirements: 

• 18 years of age or older  
• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Basic computer skills 
• Provide five-star customer service 
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Ability to prioritize assignments, identify needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner 
• Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
• Open Availability / Ability to work any shift preferred
