Providence Health & Services is Hiring an Associate Marketing and Communications Specialist - PACE/Elderplace Near Seattle, WA

Job Description
This is a hybrid position that requires traveling to the PACE Center in Redmond and outreach to the Eastside neighborhoods.
The Associate Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for outreach activities that enhance Providence Elder Place's visibility in the community and garner referrals and inquiries from qualified prospects that convert to enrollments in Providence ElderPlace in a timely manner. This will include the implementation of a community relations program designed to create a positive reputation for PEPS and a sales/marketing program that results in a net increase in census.
This position plans and executes special events and other promotional activities designed to attract prospects and/or referral sources to PEPS. Produce marketing materials such as fact sheets and brochures.

Required qualifications:
  • Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 1 year of proven success in sales, marketing and public relations activities in the human services sector
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
