Seats Incorporated is currently seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to staff our new onsite medical clinic in Spring Hill, KS. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services in order to interact effectively with Seats employees and family members.
This position offers an excellent compensation and full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, FSA, HRA, CME assistance, life and disability insurance options, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours, no weekends or holidays.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting both the front and back ends, including:
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting and rooming patients
  • Taking vitals
  • Drawing blood
  • Collecting urine specimens
  • Administering vaccines
  • Providing additional clinical support as needed
  • Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the company's wellness staff at other locations
Required Qualifications:
  • Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of medical assistant experience (in addition to an externship)
  • Active CPR/AED certifications
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Experience performing UAs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients
  • Strong computer skills
  • A desire to work in an environment where health education and outreach is important to you and challenges you to make a difference is essential
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French communication is not required, but would be beneficial
