Job Duties:

  • Supervise and Manage up to 5-15 employees
  • Develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations.
  • Responsible for construction, management of subcontractors, installation, schedule, logistics, safety, quality and construct-ability of all aspects of projects
  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the construction project activities daily
  • Responsible to manage employees and subcontractors to ensure the project scope is built in full conformance with the plans, specification, schedule and budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications in the construction of the project
  • Ability to layout project
  • Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, means, and methods
  • Foresight to schedule tasks
  • High energy level and enthusiasm
  • Strong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office based programs
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of Utility Installation and/or Heavy Highway Construction experience
  • OSHA safety training
