About the role

Essential Functions

• Oversee the operations of the organization and deployment of miners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and implement process improvements.
• Monitor Objective Key Results (OKR's) to assess operational performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Assess and mitigate operational risks.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., facilities maintenance, human resources, inventory) to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
• Manage the operational budget and ensure financial goals are met.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for executive leadership.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement crisis management plans to address unforeseen challenges.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressively responsible experience in an operations leadership role.
• Experience with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining and infrastructure preferred but not required.
• Good understanding of IT/computer hardware, systems/electrical engineering, network administration, and/or troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
