ROLE DESCRIPTION:Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified sales professional to join their winning team as an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping grow our customer base with value-based sales conversations. You will market State Farm Insurance products over the phone and in-person.

PAY: $50,00 to $60,000
PAY: $50,00 to $60,000
- Base Salary: $35,000-40,000 (fully licensed).
- Commission: On-target commission range would be $1,100-$1,700 per month.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and utilize need-based sales techniques to find the best product to help our customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
