• Other non-operations departmental interactions/dependencies

Objectives of this role

• Collaborate with executive management in the execution of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Analyze processes, collaborate interdepartmentally, and set strategic goals for efficiency and productivity.
• Work with department managers in the development of budgetary plans.
• Evaluate current operational processes and performance and suggest solutions for improvement wherever deemed necessary.
• Build strong professional bonds both internally and externally.

• Develop, implement, organize, and oversee the daily operations of our company
• Monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Form relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make critical decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Implement approved process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs

• Ten or more years in a senior operations leadership role
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional achievements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
• Experience in developing budgets and business plans
• Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
• Proficient in MS Office, data analysis, performance metrics, and using business management software such as ERP Siteline
• In-depth understanding of various business functions and principles, including supply chain, finance, customer service, etc
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Thorough of industry regulations and legal guidelines
