We are looking for an Office manager to manage multiple tasks at our front desk.
We are open to full time 8 hour days 8-5pm or a part time schedule that fits your needs within the 8-5 time frame.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. Assistant to the president and controller of the company.
Office manager duties and responsibilities include answering 3-line phone system, ordering parts and supplies, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
Occasional assisting Parts department with quotes and ordering parts.
Assisting pilots with maps and paperwork during our busy summer season.
Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. Experience with Microsoft Office and ordering parts a plus.
Previous accounting experience not necessary but could lead to more responsibility and pay.
A successful candidate should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, word documents, spreadsheets). Experience with Insurance, DOT, or any kind of Licensing a plus.
Agricultural or Aviation experience also advantageous.
