We are seeking an individual for one framing position in our Rogers location!

We are seeking a Sales & Framing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in designing and building custom framing solutions for their artwork. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is honest, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment working independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in designing custom framing solutions for their artwork
• Ensure completion of technical aspects of framing projects
• Travel to residential and commercial customers to PickUp/Deliver/Install Art
• Create a memorable and positive experience for our customers through great service
• Self-starter who can handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and successfully
• Establish and build relationships with customers, local businesses, community groups, and associates
• Service aspects of the business, including ordering, stocking, presentation of the gallery floor, and our printing business
• Monday -Friday shifts Two Saturdays a month (Saturday hours 10:00am - 2:30pm)

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent math skills, including the ability to accurately measure to the 1/16th.
• Good Physical Condition - Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, twist, crouch, utilize ladders, be on your feet all day.
• Possess creative, methodical, as well as strong problem-solving skills
• High-level craftsmanship with a strong attention to detail and an affinity for precision
• The ability to work with hand tools, saws, glass cutters to custom frame artwork and meet deadlines
• Proven experience or formal education in Art/Design is a plus! :
