Responsible for validating, calibrating, and projecting experience used by the VP, Inforce Optimization to recommend specific actions to senior management to optimize underperforming treaties.

* BA/BS degree or equivalent in mathematics or actuarial science or related field

* FSA designation

* 10 years of actuarial experience preferred

* 3 years of management/leadership experience preferred

* Experience working with senior level executives

* Superior analytical skills and financial acumen with strong problem solving ability

* Ability to consider broad picture and details

* Highly motivated self-starter and ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong understanding of pricing, valuation methods and financial results preferred

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to synthesize business, legal, and actuarial considerations
