Shred Right has an opening for a Document Destruction Service Technician with a Class B CDL.

This role requires a highly skilled technician who can operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional service.

The candidate will travel to various locations throughout the Metro Area to provide on-site shredding services and ensure the safe transportation of confidential material.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds) with or without assistance.
• Comfortable working in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.
• Stamina to perform physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Agility to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch as necessary to access equipment for servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and security procedures.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities.
• Assist in loading and unloading items securely.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Clean driving record with no recent infractions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools.
