The Development Engineer will support all aspects of Certor product development including concept creation, design, testing, validation, prototyping, and quality control. This role will collaborate with a small team of engineers to bring high-performance sporting good products from the drawing board to commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, looking to expand their knowledge of the full product development process, including concept, prototyping, design, test, validation, and commercialization.
Responsibilities Include:
· Product ideation and concept evaluation
· CAD of product concepts
· Hands-on product prototyping including the use of 3DP technologies
· Hands-on lab testing of Certor products, components, and concepts
· Create product specification and drawings
· Test data analysis and interpretation
· Support creation of QC methods and documentation
· Direct coordination with component suppliers – many overseas
