Your Purpose
As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team you are an integral part of our guests' journey by preparing a delicious coffee or glass of wine before returning home.If you're a people-person looking for a role where you'll be empowered to own your zone, inspired to learn, and have the confidence to bounce back from setbacks, this is the perfect opportunity!
Your Role

• Food Handling: You are responsible for ensuring our guests' food and beverage needs are taken care of. That includes ensuring all food/beverage meet Company and safety standards. You will also serve alcoholic beverages adhering to Company established standards, including visually checking and verifying proper identification.
• Customer Service: Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.
• Guest Empathy: You play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, anticipating and helping them navigate the various needs they may have before boarding or after arriving.

You

• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching and being on your feet for hours on end, is something you embrace and are able to do.
• When a problem arises, you find yourself being able to come up with a timely solution.
• While you don't have to be a mathematician, you possess basic math skills.
• You are a minimum of 18 years old.
• You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
