Description

  • Pulls finished goods from cage/conveyor.
  • Assembles finished goods to resemble finished product such as a crate.
  • Performs QC checks and part weights.
  • Inspects, trims, and stacks parts according to the process sheet.
  • Completes in-process checklist.
  • Occasional troubleshooting of process related problems.
  • Checks production quality, using check fixtures to assure correct shrinkage and to maintain necessary tolerances within the production process.
  • Keeps own and adjacent work area clean.
  • Organizes and stages the regrind material for processing.
  • Prepares plastic for recycling.
  • Removes plastic from production lines.
  • Stages material for upcoming jobs.
  • Properly identifies regrind material.
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
