The Project Manager for PQ enjoys the organized adrenaline of new challenges and the responsibility of driving business results. The Project Manager for PQ will provide leadership to drive high quality project execution and clear visibility on the PQ scope. The Project Manager for PQ will work with Global Supply Chain, 3rd Party Suppliers, and the US Digital Power Services Team to ensure business forecasts are met, escalations in delivery commitments are managed proactively, and that at all levels the team feel supported to be effective.

Job Description and Duties:

The Project Manager is responsible to drive high-impact, highly visible, and highly complex projects through the execution and delivery phase of the project life cycle. In addition to these projects representing solutions to our customers, the process of execution and delivery allows for the Project Manager to identify opportunities for organization process improvements which will allow for further growth of this business. In this role, the Project Manager will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the organization and leadership team to ensure that business deliverables are met.

The Project Manager must be an excellent communicator, proactive, a strong leader, able to drive customer value during continuous change, and able to adapt to a dynamic and geographically dispersed team.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Leads the forecasting and delivery for the Power Quality business and the associated solutions
  • Owns and maintains project backlog for assigned projects, ensuring project delivery
  • Ensure the timely communication and flow of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects and initiatives
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project delivery challenges, escalating risks, issues, and opportunities proactively for project resolution
  • Effectively utilizes the skills of managing without direct authority, coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure progress is made, as per relevant schedule(s)
  • Continuous learning and growing to leverage a highly complex and matrixed organization to achieve results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering large, cross-functional projects required and/or 5 years of experience in a project related technical field.
  • Experience with Global Supply Chain and Procurement Management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record of leading effective and achieving teams.
  • Direct PM experience leading projects; accountable for cost, schedule, quality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel
