Job Summary We are seeking a qualified candidate to act as the lead Front Desk staff at a high volume dental office. Previous experience in dentistry a plus. Must be bilingual (Spanish & English). If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Answer phone calls and work to convert prospects into patients
- Welcome patients to the office
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Schedule appointments
- Help process insurance verification and payments
Qualifications
- Communication skills in English & Spanish
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient communications
