• Prior work in product liability, toxic tort or environmental litigation is a plus, but the position is open to other litigators willing to focus on these areas.
• Excellent writing skills, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required.
• CA Bar admission.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of litigation matters with a focus on product liability, toxic tort, or environmental litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and assist with trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategy and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines.
