Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience needed:

• 3-7 years of Full cycle recruiting experience
• Knowledge of iCIMS or similar ATS
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Understands HR processes, regulations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting ads to screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting assessments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment inquiries, scheduling interviews and travel arrangements
• Assist with onboarding processes.
• Extend support to other recruiting and hiring endeavors, including contractor recruitment and internship programs.
• Maintain accuracy in job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate in the design and enhancement of recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in organizing and executing performance reviews, benefit open enrollment, and other HR initiatives as required.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiencies, and reduce paperwork burden.
• Ensure the security and up-to-date maintenance of employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Undertake additional HR-related tasks as delegated by the management.
