We are actively seeking both Non-Licensed individuals and currently Licensed Life Insurance Sales Manager to mentor for senior positions. Your current skill set or experience is not of major concern because here what matters most is your character and work ethic. Field underwriters and case managers are able to thrive due to our warm leads that are made available. Right now, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to contact them. Clients fill out a form or call over the telephone requesting information then the field underwriter will call to set the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through a zoom meeting if requested and help the client apply for their insurance policy.
