Compensation: $18.75 per hour

Location: 4226 Beam Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217

Requirements:
1. Must be 21 or older
2. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk short distances
comfortably (a cart will be available on the truck to be used if needed)
3. Must have a valid driver’s license without any suspensions
4. Candidates should be comfortable using technology such as but not limited
to wireless phones, computers, keypads, etc. easily
5. If you have delivery or driver experience, it is a bonus – but it is not
required

NOTE: This job does not have the flexibility of being done remotely.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Delivery Driver for Sarah Lathan Enterprises LLC, you will drive a beautiful Big Blue truck with a SMILE on it delivering on average 225 packages per day across the Greater Charlotte area. It is important that you know the work is primarily done solo – just you, your truck, your company issued device, and the packages you are taking the last mile home to the families who have ordered them. You will receive training (driving, business, and interpersonal) and other coaching and development to ensure you know the expectations of the role to be successful.Based on your success as a Delivery Driver, those interested will be considered for opportunities to grow into lead and manager roles across the organization.
