Tenet Health is Hiring a Digital Media Specialist (Hybrid based in Dallas, TX) Near Dallas, TX

Job Description
The Digital Media Specialist will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of all digital media (paid and organic) to drive qualified leads for Tenet's hospitals, physician practices, and recruitment marketing.
The primary responsibilities will include driving media mix efficiency through paid search and social while keeping the healthcare consumer journey at the forefront of marketing efforts. Serve as a liaison between home office and individual market team members on adaptations to digital media plans and respond with adjustments in a timely manner. Analyze data for potential optimizations and adaptations to drive additional qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, execute, and track paid search and social campaigns utilizing platforms Skai and Sprinklr.
  • Collaborate with home office media team and local market directors on campaign optimization.
  • Work in collaboration with offshore team to optimize paid search campaigns adjusting bidding, keywords, and other variables to achieve campaign goals and KPI's.
  • Collaborate with team to enhance organic social content through boosting.
  • Assist in 2x yearly media planning process including building media plans and presentations and making changes based on feedback.
  • Assist in monthly reporting and providing insights for improvement to individual markets for paid search and social and organic social.
  • Set up and pull GA reports as necessary.
  • Ability to understand and follow the strategic direction of the Home Office marketing team and how it flows down to the market level using the most effective channels and tactics for each priority.
  • Understand the role of digital media in the overall marketing mix and how it plays with other awareness channels.
  • Assist in developing the appropriate digital media strategy and plan based on media brief capitalizing on best industry standard practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of digital media experience.
  • Google Adwords certified; Meta certified.
  • Experience in Google Ads manager and Meta platforms.
  • Experience in other forms of digital media such as digital audio, display, video.
  • Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how paid search/social plays a pivotal role in the marketing efforts across all channels and platforms.
  • Experience planning, implementing, executing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas and levels of the company.
  • Self-motivated - Outcomes-focused individual who holds herself/himself to a high-performance standard but maintains a sense of proportion and humor.
  • Identifies as a strong, timely communicator.
Preferred:
  • Paid Search Buying experience for Hospital / Healthcare systems or Healthcare brands.
  • Worked for multinational media buying firms or have been part of an in-house digital model.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Experience with platforms such as Sprinklr and Skai (Kenshoo).
  • Agency background or experience working in an in-house digital media agency model.

1 Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate material/document development for members, potential members, and content for multiple insurance products including Medicaid, Medicare and commercial. Qualifications
Minimum education: Associate of Arts degree. Preferred education: Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in marketing, communications or related field.
Minimum experience: Two years' experience in coordinating communications, marketing materials, print production and content development. Preferred experience: Medicaid/Medicare health plan experience.
