As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for working in conjunction with the center's NHA to lead and manage a 170-bed, Joint Commission accredited rehabilitation center. You will be mentored by the NHA as you develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas (operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service). Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
  • Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s licensure in the state of practice.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
  • Must be flexible to work during off-hours and/or weekends as needed.
