Role:

The Role of the Management Trainee in Production department is to assist in finding the gap in the documentation and actual production process. To support and meet the production department KPI.

Academic Qualification / Job Qualification:

1. Fresh B.E – Mechanical / Electronics graduate with First Class is preferred.

Skills / competence required to perform the Job:

1. Hard Working and Flexible.
2. Willing to learn attitude.
3. Team Management.

Responsibilities:

1. Support and assist Assistant managers /senior supervisor / Supervisor to meet the department KPI.
2. Involve in the CFT meeting and understand the requirements to meeting the efficiency set by IE and Quality targets.
3. Learn and practice the problem solving techniques and support in implementing the improvements.
4. Active participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness , continuous improvements etc and enable to report about hazardous situations to respective supervisor / department managers as required.
