Job Description

Mechanical Assembler|2nd shift

Responsibilities:

Execute lineup plans for all stations within our custom automation systems.
Follow company processes meticulously for assembly and lineup, ensuring strict adherence to fabrication and assembly tolerances.
Collaborate closely with Mechanical Assembly Lead and Engineering to resolve any assembly issues efficiently.
Conduct quality inspections of stations and sub-assemblies, ensuring compliance with specifications before installation.
Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to meet precise requirements.
Utilize appropriate measuring devices and processes for accurate measurements.
Follow detailed assembly prints to position, align, and fasten units using hand and/or power tools.
Document assembly progress thoroughly and assist with debugging activities as needed.

Requirements:

Three to five years of mechanical assembly experience, demonstrating exceptional skill and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient mathematical skills and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Pay: $25.50 - $29.50

Schedule: This is a full-time position on 2nd shift, 1:30pm - 12:00am with the possibility of overtime as needed.
