Overview:
Sanford Federal, Inc. is actively seeking a Security Guards' Supervisor Executive/Manager to lead our team in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities. Responsibilities include conducting regular rounds, overseeing guard performance through inspections, generating reports, supervising security officers, enforcing policies, and maintaining effective communication channels. Duties:

• Make rounds between the Hillsboro, West Linn, Fairview, and CRRC on a regular basis. Make rounds to the Salem Clinic at least once every two weeks. Make rounds to the Bend Clinic at least once a month
• Shall conduct random unannounced inspections of the facility to review the performance of the guards.
• Generating weekly reports, this includes (All routine preventative measures, any exceptions to the norm, and unusual activities.)
• Supervise a team of security officers ensuring the best possible service delivery
• Make sure the security guards are properly uniformed and present a neat appearance.
• Support and develop team members in the performance of their duties, managing deficient performance as required
• Enforce the base’ policies and procedures on site.
• Report any performance deficiencies found during the monthly inspections
• Communicate effectively and respond immediately to any requests or concerns.
• Gather information and complete reports.

Requirements:

• Must be certified by DPSST.
• Must have executive manager guard card.
• Must have experience working in Security.
• Must have a high school diploma.
