Job Description:

We are in search of a seasoned luxury retail sales associate to join our esteemed team at Marrow Fine. As a traveling stylist, you will embark on a dynamic journey where 50% of your time is spent in our showroom, and the other 50% traveling with our trunk show team across various cities nationwide. This role demands a keen focus on exceeding sales goals, employing strong selling techniques, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring meticulous follow-up to uphold the integrity of our brand.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Embrace and embody the Marrow Fine brand identity, ethos, and product knowledge in all client interactions.
• Exceed individual hybrid stylist sales goals through strategic selling techniques and personalized client engagement.
• Provide unwavering support to our trunk show program and management team to amplify our brand presence.
• Demonstrate a high sensitivity to customer experience, fostering loyalty and retention through effective CRM utilization.
• Manage inventory effectively, implement loss prevention measures, and maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards.
• Cultivate meaningful networking relationships to expand our clientele base and elevate brand awareness.
• Uphold team morale and contribute to a positive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated adaptability, coachability, and initiative-taking skills, coupled with exceptional listening abilities.
• Familiarity with Google cloud-based systems and proficiency in utilizing Shopify POS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation Range:

• This role offers a competitive Salary Commission structure, with on-target earnings.
