Position Summary
The Leasing Consultant is the communitys sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, professionally present the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Magnolia is proud to announce the launch of our newest development property: 'Magnolia at Scofield Ridge'. This property will be located @ 3100 Scofield Ridge Pkwy, Austin, Texas 78727
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts all business in accordance with Magnolias policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.

Qualifications
Education/Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree or higher preferred.
Experience
1 to 2 - Years of Leasing consultant experience
Expected Hours of Work
Hours for this position will be a 40 hour work week expectation. (Monday thru Friday work schedule) Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
