Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

The Analysis Technology team is responsible for maintaining the quality of the fab utilities and wafer environments in order to achieve the highest quality products. The scope of AT is very wide and includes monitoring environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination, organic contamination, and ionic contamination. AT also works with specific departments such as GCS and UPW to monitor the quality of incoming utilities to wafer processing equipment, as well as MFG and Cleans to help control FOUP quality.
As a TR of AT Engineering, you will lead a team of 9 engineers who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of each area. You will help provide direction and support to the team and encourage collaboration among the team to drive solutions. There will be several reporting items to maintain such as overall project status, financial reports, weekly reports.

Specific Job Duties:

• Manage a series of projects and provide regular updates
• Help the team clear roadblocks for specific projects and maintain the schedule
• Lead small interdepartmental problem solving teams as urgent items arise
• Present in management level meetings on projects, KPI, or relevant topic
• Utilize data driven decision making process
• Coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities for each member
• Regular collaboration with team members on individual performance
• Direct team members during priority conflicts

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

• B.S. degree in a technical field required
• Minimum 2 years of engineering leadership preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

• Safety, Quality, and Environmental mindset
• Strong technical background in semiconductor processing preferred
• Solid data analysis skills using intermediate statistical methods
• Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal
• Good presentation skills with the ability to tailor to the audience
• Capable of being a liaison between fab engineering departments and facility departments
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
