Join Samaritan Healthcare's Diagnostic Imaging Team! As an Ultrasound Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a safe and prudent manner for the specific purpose of producing a high-quality diagnostic exam. Performs OB/GYN ultrasound exams including 3 D imaging as appropriate. A great candidate has demonstrated experience in the ability to follow appropriate guidelines for exams, patient needs, exercise confidentiality, quality control, and improvement, archiving and exceptional patient service skills.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate in Applied Science - Allied Health Science.
• Registered - ARDMS in abdomen and/or OB/GYN or equivalent.
• One (1) year clinical experience required in abdomen and OB/GYN exams. Prefer Vascular Registry, in addition.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
• Feels comfortable working independently.

This is a part-time opportunity working 10hrs a week.
