Responsibilities:
Access Control and CCTV Installation:
•Lead the installation and configuration of access control and CCTV systems.
•Ensure proper integration of access control and CCTV components for seamless functionality.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
Service and Maintenance:
•Conduct routine maintenance checks on access control and CCTV systems.
•Respond promptly to service requests and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
•Implement preventive measures to avoid system downtime.
Data Center Environment:
•Apply knowledge and experience in working within a data center environment.
•Familiarity with data center protocols and security measures is highly desirable.
•Ensure compliance with data center policies and procedures.
Documentation:
•Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation and service activities.
•Generate comprehensive reports and maintain internal documentation purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
•Minimum of a technical diploma or relevant certification in electronics, information technology, or a related field.
Experience:
•Proven experience as a lead technician or service technician in access control and CCTV systems.
•Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
•Mid-Level role, 3-5 years related experience is preferred
Technical Skills:
•Proficient in the installation and configuration of access control and CCTV systems.
•Knowledge of network infrastructure, networking protocols and data communication in a data center environment.
•Basic scripting knowledge is a plus (Powershell, Bash)
Leadership Skills:
•Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
•Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Problem-solving:
•Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
•Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
Flexibility:
•Adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules.
•Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
Salary Range
$36,242.12 - $57,224.40 USD (Salary)
